Birchfield and Barr have been appointed Co-Lead Counsel, according to the court documents. Additionally, Leonard Davis and Gerald Meunier are set as the Co-Plaintiffs‘ Liaison Counsel. Each of these appointments is for one year, according to the Pretrial Order.
The Co-Plaintiffs‘ Liaisons and the Co-Lead Counsel together comprise the Plaintiffs‘ Steering Executive Committee, who are charged with coordinating the Steering Committee, scheduling meetings, keeping minutes, attending status conferences, and other administrative functions, according to the court document.
